30-Day Return Window
You may initiate a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. The delivery date is determined by the carrier’s confirmed delivery record. Returns initiated after 30 days cannot be accepted.
What Can Be Returned
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and protective materials. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. We may ask for a photo of the damage to help us improve our packaging and quality control.
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. When this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page before you buy.
